 The Cooperative recognizes two types of members based on the type of shares purchased: Ordinary Shareholders and Preferential Shareholders.  Ordinary Shareholders must purchase a minimum of $200 in ordinary  shares, with additional investments made in multiples of $100, and are  entitled to voting rights and full participation. Preferential  Shareholders, who may be members or non-members, can invest in preferred  shares but do not have voting rights unless they also hold ordinary  shares. However, holding preferential shares does not grant additional  voting power beyond one vote per member. 

 Joining the cooperative is a simple yet empowering journey. Start  by learning about our Bylaws to understand the values that guide us.  Next, complete the online registration form with your personal and  professional details, then pay the $100 membership fee and invest a  minimum of $500 in shares. Once you've submitted your documents and  payments, we’ll review your application to ensure alignment with our  mission. Upon approval, you’ll officially become a member—ready to  contribute, grow, and thrive within our vibrant community.
