Samuel Adewale Adeniji, CPA, CGA, FCCA is a seasoned and internationally certified accounting professional with extensive leadership experience in audit, financial reporting, and strategic financial management. As Audit Manager at Baker Tilly Canada, he leads diverse audit engagements, delivering efficiency, compliance, and actionable insights. He holds advanced degrees in financial management and accounting and is affiliated with both Canadian and UK professional accounting bodies. Samuel's expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and risk management positions him to drive executive-level performance and long-term organizational growth. 

(Managing Director)

A seasoned IT and Compliance professional with over 20 years of experience in FinTech, Regulatory Compliance, and IT Service Delivery, currently serving as an IT Coordinator at HyLife Canada. A Policy Development & Product Evaluation expert with a deep background in Risk Management and a strong foundation in Cybersecurity. He holds dual Master's degrees in Financial Innovation and Technology from the Smith School of Business - Queen's University, Ontario, and Computer Science from the Nile University of Nigeria, along with certifications in ITIL, CEH and Scrum.

With over a decade of cross-industry experience spanning IT, Financial Services, Tax, and the Oil & Gas sectors, He stands out as a dynamic and strategic leader known for translating complex technical challenges into impactful business solutions. Renowned for his ability to align technology initiatives with organizational goals, He has consistently driven innovation, built high-performing teams, and cultivated a culture of mentorship, growth, and collaboration.

A natural problem solver and visionary thinker, he combines strong communication and management acumen with a passion for empowering others. His leadership style is grounded in integrity, continuous learning, and a commitment to developing future leaders. He thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments where he can inspire teams, deliver transformative results, and foster sustainable success.

A seasoned professional with over a decade of progressive experience across finance, operations, and sales, with a strong background in banking, financial analysis, product development, market segmentation, and public sector administration. Currently positioned as an Account Analyst in Manitoba, having previously held strategic leadership roles including Branch Account and Treasury Manager, as well as Customer Experience and Marketing Lead. Demonstrates deep expertise in financial reporting, risk assessment, regulatory compliance, and product innovation, with a consistent record of driving process optimization and enhancing service delivery. Holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting, complemented by professional certifications in banking and finance, internal control, sales management, and financial modeling. Committed to leveraging data for informed decision-making, fostering community development, and pursuing continuous professional growth. 

(Director - Finance & Investments)

With an expansive accounting and strategic management background, Alexander has over 15 years of experience across diverse industries, including banking and financial services, construction, real estate, not-for-profit, and the gaming and entertainment industry. He holds a bachelor's degree in Public Administration from the University of Abuja, an Associate Chartered Accountant Certification (ACA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), a Chartered Global Management Accountant Certification (CGMA) from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), United Kingdom and a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) Certification from CPA Canada. 

He is passionate about the field of accounting and financial reporting integrity, and is currently the Financial Reporting Manager at one of the fastest-growing gaming and technology company In Canada.

He excels in optimizing workflows, aligning objectives with organizational goals, and enhancing service delivery through collaboration and accountability. As the CEO of Franstar Engineering and Franstar Garden and Landscape, he leads two thriving businesses built on innovation and client-focused solutions. His combined experience in corporate operations and entrepreneurship positions me as a versatile executive dedicated to growth, impact, and sustainable value creation is unparalleled. He brings to the leadership of this Cooperative extensive knowledge in the Canadian business space and stakeholder engagements

A versatile and accomplished professional with a strong foundation in geosciences, finance, project management and business administration, bringing over 20 years of diverse industry experience spanning the oil & gas sector, banking, consulting, and telecommunications. Holds a master’s degree in Geophysics from the university of Lagos Nigeria, a diploma in Business Management from University of Birbeck, London and a Certificate in Business Analysis (IIBA) from Topron Consulting Inc., Toronto, with demonstrated expertise in business process improvement, budget, planning and forecasting.

An accomplished Project Management Professional with a robust portfolio that spans parks, sports fields, playgrounds, residential and commercial landscapes, and multi-family developments. With a consistent focus on community enrichment and sustainability, he brings strategic oversight and operational excellence to every stage of project delivery.

He currently partners with landscape design-build and architecture firms across the United States, Canada, and the UK, where he introduces cutting-edge design workflows that elevate both creativity and productivity. His passion lies in integrating advanced design technologies to foster collaborative visioning, streamline processes, and drive impactful, community-centered outcomes.

Dynamic and results-oriented professional with extensive experience in technical operations, consulting, resource and asset management, business management, and continuous improvement. Successfully led diverse, high-value projects across oil and gas, manufacturing, heavy industry, and the public sector in several countries.

Experienced senior leader with a First Class Honours Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Minna and a Master’s degree in Project Management from the University of Liverpool, UK. He is known for driving strategic transformation, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering innovation in complex, dynamic, and cross-functional environments.
