The Consulting Stakeholder Group is a specialized subgroup within the Cooperative that is made up of members who possess professional skills, expertise, or knowledge in various fields and are willing to collaboratively offer consulting services. These are members who have voluntarily come together with the shared goal of providing value-added services—such as business advisory, training, project management, research, financial planning, or technical support—to external clients, organizations.

The primary purpose of this group is to create an income-generating avenue that benefits both the participating members and the Cooperative as a whole. Members of the group contribute their time, expertise, and networks, and in return, earn a share of the income (dividend) generated from consulting contracts, while a portion of the profits is also retained by the Cooperative to support its operations, growth, and community-based initiatives.

This model not only allows for the productive engagement of skilled members but also strengthens the Cooperative’s service offerings and sustainability. This group shall operate transparently under the Cooperative’s principles, ensuring fair participation, shared benefits, and accountability. It may engage in activities such as proposal writing, client engagement, delivering consultancy projects, and reporting. By leveraging internal capacity, the Consulting Stakeholder Group enhances the Cooperative’s reputation, expands its impact, and creates new opportunities for collaboration and economic empowerment among its members.

The Retail Stakeholder Group is a dedicated subgroup within the Cooperative made up of members who are actively engaged or interested in retail-based activities, including buying, selling, product sourcing, merchandising, and customer engagement. These are members who have voluntarily come together to collaboratively drive retail operations that generate income for both individual participants and the Cooperative at large.

The core objective of this group is to establish and grow revenue-generating retail initiatives—such as physical or digital storefronts, bulk purchasing cooperatives, pop-up markets, or product distribution networks—while promoting inclusive economic participation and community empowerment. Members contribute by pooling resources, knowledge, and networks to support joint retail ventures, and in return, receive a share of the profits (dividend), with a portion also reinvested into the Cooperative to support its broader mission and sustainability.

This group provides a platform for entrepreneurial expression, market access, and collective growth. It operates under the Cooperative’s core principles of transparency, mutual benefit, and equitable participation. Members may be involved in activities such as market research, inventory management, sales operations, supplier coordination, and customer service.

By leveraging the collective strength of its members, the Retail Stakeholder Group enhances the Cooperative’s capacity to engage directly in commerce, increases visibility in target markets, and creates accessible opportunities for wealth creation and skill development. It stands as a vital pillar in advancing the Cooperative’s goal of fostering shared prosperity and local economic development.

The Social Service Stakeholder Group is a specialized subgroup within the Cooperative composed of members who are passionate about social impact and community development. These members have voluntarily come together to design and deliver humanitarian, charitable, and community-support services that directly address the needs of vulnerable populations and promote social well-being.

The primary purpose of this group is to drive meaningful social change through coordinated volunteerism, outreach programs, and service initiatives, while also creating opportunities for funding and income generation that benefit both members and the Cooperative. Activities may include organizing health campaigns, educational support, food distribution, youth empowerment, advocacy, mental health initiatives, and other social interventions. Where applicable, income from partnerships, grants, or donor-funded projects may be distributed as stipends to participating members, while a portion is retained by the Cooperative to sustain operations and future social service efforts.

This model enables socially conscious members to actively participate in community transformation while supporting the Cooperative’s broader vision of inclusive and sustainable development. The group operates in line with Cooperative principles, upholding transparency, equity, accountability, and collective benefit.

Members may engage in project planning, partnership development, proposal writing, field implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and impact reporting. By leveraging the compassion, expertise, and networks of its members, the Social Service Stakeholder Group enhances the Cooperative’s social footprint, builds trust within communities, and fosters a culture of shared responsibility and service.
