As we continue to expand our programs and impact, we are seeking passionate, committed, and service-oriented individuals to join our team in the following volunteer capacities:

Role Summary:
The Program Manager will provide leadership in the planning, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of cooperative programs and initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with the Cooperative's leadership team to ensure programs align with organizational objectives and deliver measurable value to members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and coordinate cooperative programs and projects.
• Monitor program performance and prepare progress reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, partners, and volunteers.
• Identify opportunities for program improvement and growth.
• Support strategic planning and execution of cooperative initiatives.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in project, program, or operations management.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in cooperative, nonprofit, community development, or business environments is an asset.

Role Summary:
The Outreach Officer will be responsible for promoting the cooperative's mission, engaging prospective members, building strategic relationships, and supporting membership growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement outreach and membership engagement activities.
• Represent the cooperative at community events and networking opportunities.
• Build relationships with prospective members and strategic partners.
• Support marketing, awareness, and member recruitment campaigns.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and community groups.

Desired Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience in community engagement, marketing, public relations, or membership development is an asset.
• Passion for community development and cooperative values.

• Position Type: Volunteer
• Term: 12 Months
• Probationary Period: 3 Months
• Location: Hybrid/Remote (as applicable)
• Expected Commitment: Flexible hours based on project and organizational needs.
• Compensation: These are volunteer positions; however, successful candidates will gain valuable leadership experience, professional development opportunities, networking exposure, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a growing cooperative movement.
