This program is designed to connect Clients with qualified Service Providers through MOVCOOP acting as a neutral facilitator, helping to streamline access to opportunities while promoting professionalism and trust.
How the Program Works
Through this platform, MOVCOOP coordinates service requests and connects Clients with available Service Providers. Service Providers operate independently, managing their own pricing, tools, scheduling, and client relationships.
MOVCOOP does not act as an employer or supervisor but serves as a connector that enables efficient matching between Clients and skilled professionals.
Standards & Expectations
To maintain a trusted and safe service environment, all Service Providers are required to meet defined standards, including valid identification, relevant certifications (where applicable), insurance coverage, background checks, and compliance with Manitoba laws and safety regulations.
These requirements ensure accountability, protect Clients and Service Providers, and uphold the integrity of the program.
Independence & Responsibility
Participation in this program is based on a clear independent contractor relationship. Service Providers retain full responsibility for their business operations, including workmanship, client engagement, compliance, and risk management.
By joining, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your services while MOVCOOP remains indemnified from liabilities arising from service delivery. We look forward to welcoming professionals committed to quality, integrity, and growth within a cooperative framework.
